Bao's Lung Fei Tai Chi runs weekly Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong (alternatively also spelt Chi-Kung) classes during school term times for health, vitality and well-being in venues in Dorset and Somerset. Tai Chi and Qigong are Chinese disciplines that can be described as a mind/body/spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating postures, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent to improve health and well-being. The moves of both tai chi and qigong can be adapted to suit personal physical restrictions and qigong can even be adapted to the sitting position if required.
