Steve James has always been interested in cooking since an early age with a passion for exciting flavour combinations, presentations and textures. The aim is to offer food with a lot of attention to detail offering a menu that is seasonal and full of fresh local produce, whether you are local for a dinner party, are on a self catering holiday in the area and would like a nice evening meal at your accommodation, or are hosting a party and require canapés. Also offered is optional seasonal cocktails to match each course using my experience from working in a cocktail bar. A bespoke menu can also be created for a dinner party or canapés for an event ensuring that your needs and ideas are listened to and exceeded.
